Preference is for Residential and Plotted development but can look at good commercial proposals also.
Has to be atleast 1.5 / 2 lac square feet in Mumbai and Delhi and more than 5 lac sq. ft BUA area in other cities.
They are also planning to venture in affordable housing segment and thus if there are some good parcels in the vicinity / outskirts of the city, they would like to explore it.
Minimum / Maximum area anything between 5 – 100 acre would do.
